Alesha Garcia Jardin

Alesha Garcia Jardin is the owner and head personal trainer at A-Team Fitness, where she has successfully turned her passion for fitness into a career over the past eight years. Her journey with fitness began early, as her grandmother enrolled her in multiple sports to manage her hyperactivity. She participated in a wide range of activities, including T-ball, soccer, basketball, golf, tennis, badminton, track and field, swimming, and gymnastics.
However, her active lifestyle took a backseat when she started working at age 15. By the time she graduated from high school, she had stopped exercising and experienced significant weight gain, going from a size 0 to a size 8. This led to various health issues, prompting her to seek a healthier lifestyle. She began attending fitness classes and learning about nutrition and mindfulness, which helped her lose over 35 pounds and regain her health. Her transformation was further fueled by her involvement in CrossFit, although this was briefly interrupted by a spinal injury that required surgery.
After recovering from her injury, Alesha pursued certifications in personal training and dedicated herself to understanding the intricacies of health and fitness. Her approach emphasizes quality of life, balance, and mindfulness, focusing on finding enjoyable fitness routines and fueling the body appropriately. At A-Team Fitness, she ensures that the programs focus on performance-based goals rather than aesthetics, reflecting her belief in holistic wellness.
As the founder of A-Team Fitness, Alesha's mission is to help individuals achieve their fitness and nutrition goals both in and out of the gym. She offers customized personal training and nutrition programs designed to enhance confidence and strength in everyday life. Her educational background includes degrees from San Jose City College and San Jose State University, and she holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA).

Ria's journey into fitness began when her mom introduced her to a Body Step Class at the YMCA, sparking a lifelong passion. This early start led her to become an athlete, competing in cross-country and track and field. In college, she furthered her education by earning a degree in Kinesiology from Washington State University. During this time, she also taught dance classes like Zumba, cardio dance, and Bollywood.
After graduating, Ria gained experience working at a boutique-style training gym, where she learned to train clients one-on-one and in small groups. Now, as a personal trainer at A-Team Fitness, her goal is to help clients achieve their goals while ensuring that fitness becomes a sustainable part of their lifestyle. Ria's passion for fitness is evident in the care and confidence she instills in her clients during each session.

Dylan Beck
Personal Trainer at A-Team Fitness
Dylan Beck is a dedicated personal trainer at A-Team Fitness passionate about holistic wellness and transforming lives through physical training. Born in Fairfield, California, he developed a love for sports and weightlifting early on, which kept him focused and motivated. His journey began at San Jose State University, where he pursued a degree in Kinesiology and became certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise by the end of his first year.
During his undergraduate studies, Dylan worked with college athletes, further refining his skills in performance training. He later took on management roles in various gyms, creating impactful fitness experiences. After briefly exploring a career in medical school, he realized his true calling was in preventative care. Dylan believes strongly in the power of diet and nutrition as a form of medicine, having witnessed significant health transformations in his clients.
Dylan's mission is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and vitality by fostering sustainable, enjoyable habits. He aims to create a positive impact that extends beyond the gym by instilling strength, vitality, and confidence in his clients.

Tori has been a certified personal trainer since 2019. Her journey began in 2018 with a personal weight loss journey that ignited her passion for fitness. Determined to share her knowledge and help others train correctly, Tori committed herself to gaining more expertise in the field. She aimed to demonstrate to her clients that a sustainable healthy lifestyle is achievable.
Tori prides herself on her genuine care for her clients and her deep passion for helping others. Tori approaches her role as a personal trainer with A-Team with enthusiasm. She is prepared to work diligently to help individuals achieve their fitness goals in a joyful and sustainable way.

Singapore-born and raised, Lex was a competitive athlete in multiple sports from preschool through Grad School.
Switching from corporate to health & fitness in 2024, Lex believes her blended background and experience will aid her in impacting, influencing, and transforming the lives of people from all walks and cultures of life.
Lex speaks English, Mandarin, “Singlish”, and actively trains in both BJJ and MuayThai.
She strongly believes in saying no to negativity.

Dr. Alexander Greene, DC, is a chiropractor and personal trainer at A-Team Fitness with a lifelong passion for sports and physical activities. His journey began with competitive swimming, soccer, and cycling in high school, expanding to various sports and martial arts during his university years. This diverse athletic background, coupled with his own experiences overcoming sports-related injuries, led him to pursue a career in chiropractic care.
Dr. Greene earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Movement Science and a minor in Holistic Health from San Francisco State University in 2017. He then graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2021, obtaining his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Since becoming licensed, he has continued to expand his knowledge in rehabilitation exercises, functional movements, and Sacro-Occipital Technique to enhance his skills as a Sports Chiropractor.

Carolyn has always had a passion for movement, from her early days in swimming and gymnastics to discovering CrossFit after college. She was immediately drawn to the challenge, skill development, and supportive community. Over the years, building strength and maintaining healthy habits have become even more meaningful—especially since becoming a mom. Now, Carolyn trains not just for fitness but for the joy of movement in all aspects of life, whether it’s acroyoga the park, a CrossFit class, or an outdoor adventure with her family. She loves helping others find that same excitement in their own fitness journeys.
