For the last 8 years, I’ve been lucky enough to turn a passion into a career and I love to share that passion with everyone that works with me.
Fitness helped me discover my inner strength and improve my mental and physical health immensely and now I’m here to help you discover what fitness can do for you.
how my relationship with fitness started
My grandmother enrolled me in two sports at a time because I was a hyperactive child. I cycled through T-ball, soccer, basketball, golf, tennis, badminton, 200-meter sprint, shot put, swim, and gymnastics at one point or another.
SPINAL INJURY
After almost a year in CrossFit, I burst the L5 disc in my back. Unable to walk upright let alone do much of anything active, I was compelled to understand what was necessary to reclaim my health and fitness. I had re-ignited my inner fire and I was determined to come back better than ever.
RECOVERY
After my back surgery, I relentlessly pursued health and fitness knowledge. I enrolled in workshops and classes and ultimately got certified as a personal trainer.
APPROACH TO FITNESS
After a fitness journey full of setbacks, life lessons, and comebacks, my approach to fitness is focused on quality of life, balance, mindfulness, and taking care of my body for the long haul.
It’s not all slinging dumbbells and pounding protein drinks. It’s finding a fitness routine you love, eating to fuel your body, and enjoying moving your body throughout your day whether it’s in the gym or on a beautiful hike.
That’s why A-Team’s women personal trainers focus on helping you reach performance-based goals rather than aesthetics-based goals and our program offerings reflect that!
WEIGHT CHALLENGES
When I turned 15 years old, I started working and sports took a back seat. By the time I graduated from high school, I had stopped exercising altogether and went from a size 0 to a size 8.
HEALTH ISSUES
Shortly after graduation, I started experiencing the negative effects of a sedentary lifestyle and I was dealing with all kinds of health issues.
In an effort to feel better, I started to learn about nutrition and mindfulness, and enrolled in my first fitness classes at a local gym. Fast forward one year, I was eating a clean and balanced diet and had lost over 35 pounds. I was hooked! My health issues cleared up and I was enjoying exercise again at a local CrossFit gym.

Dylan Beck
Personal Trainer at A-Team Fitness
Dylan is a dedicated fitness professional with a passion for transforming lives through physical training and holistic wellness. Born and raised in the small town of Fairfield, California, he discovered his love for sports and weightlifting at an early age. This newfound love kept him focused and away from trouble. Guided by mentors and coaches who recognized his potential, he began his journey to become a stronger athlete, both physically and mentally. The positive impact his mentors and coaches had on his life inspired him to pay it forward by helping others, including friends and family, to unlock their full potential and lead healthier lives.
At the age of 17, he began his college education at San Jose State University, where he pursued a degree in Kinesiology. Fueled by his passion for fitness, he obtained a certification as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise by the end of his first year in undergrad. Since then, he has been actively engaged in the field, leveraging his knowledge and experience to empower individuals through personal training.
During his undergraduate years, he had the opportunity to work with college athletes at SJSU, allowing him to further develop his skills and better understand performance training. Later on, he took on management roles in various gyms, creating meaningful fitness experiences. As he explored different career paths, he briefly worked in an ambulance while contemplating a future in medical school. However, it was during this time that he realized his true calling lay in preventative care.
Through his experience, he firmly believes that diet and nutrition serve as the most powerful form of medicine. He has witnessed remarkable transformations where individuals have successfully discontinued high blood pressure and cholesterol medications and even found solutions to alleviate pain through the appropriate diet and nutrition.
Dylan’s ultimate passion lies in helping individuals transform their bodies and minds, empowering them to achieve optimal health and vitality. He firmly believes in cultivating healthy habits that are sustainable and enjoyable, while ensuring that his clients not only attain their goals but also develop a genuine love for fitness. By instilling vitality, strength, and self-assurance in others, he aims to create a positive ripple effect that extends far beyond the gym.

Dr. Greene, DC
chiropractor at A-Team Fitness
Introduction
Hi I’m Dr. Alexander Greene, DC. I usually go by Alex for short and I am also known as Ito. I grew up having a passion for playing various sports throughout my life. Most notably for me were my high school years when I played soccer, cycled, and swam competitively. When I started university in the Fall of 2012, the activities I was able to partake in vastly expanded and my interests for these various activities blossomed even further. I participated in everything from weightlifting, cycling and triathlons, hiking, rock climbing, to traditional and mixed martial arts, the most notable of which were karate and judo. Later on while attending graduate school, I picked up kickboxing and boxing and rediscovered my passion for jiu jitsu, which helped me stay healthy both mentally and physically through my strenuous academic career as a graduate student. With this increase in physical activity, I sustained many sports and repetitive overuse injuries for which I had to overcome. Through all of this, I still enjoy being physically active and continue to strive to be better.
Drawn to Chiropractic
I have always been interested in the human body, health, and physical activities, but I had many other interests and no true passions at that point in time. While I was in university, I was struggling to find where I belonged and what direction I wanted to take in life. At the end of 2016, I was working on completing my Bachelor of Science degree, and at the same time was planning for what future career I wanted to go into. I had a few options in mind, which were to become a Physical Therapist or Personal Trainer. Though I preferred the latter option, a friend of mine from university, Surya Bhatti (now Dr. Surya Bhatti, DC), reached out to me and asked what my plans were for the future. When I told him I was planning to be a Personal Trainer, he asked me if I had ever thought of going to Chiropractic School to become a Doctor of Chiropractic instead. At the time, I had no idea what the Chiropractic profession was all about, or even what a Chiropractor was until I googled it and became very interested in what I learned. Later on, I found out that there was a Chiropractic school in my hometown of San Jose and then the rest was history.
My Chiropractic Education
Prior to Palmer College of Chiropractic, I went to San Francisco State University, where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Movement Science and a Minor degree in Holistic Health in the Spring of 2017. I later graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in the Spring of 2021 with a Doctorate degree in Chiropractics and then got licensed as a Chiropractic practitioner at the end of 2021. I am proud to have had the opportunity to undergo such a rigorous educational program where I could learn about anatomy, pathology, diagnostics, clinical practices, and various adjusting techniques that have helped shape me into the doctor I am today. Since then, I have been continuing to learn more rehabilitation exercises, functional movements, and practice Sacro-Occipital Technique to incorporate into my adjustment and treatment style to be a better and more well rounded as a Sports Chiropractor.
Achieving Optimal Health
My job is to figure out how to manage the conditions that cause you dis-ease and help encourage your body to start to undergo its own healing processes. Thus, my goal is to help get your body as close to an optimal functioning level as I possibly can, using targeted adjustments, while also keeping in mind that the human body is a complex and integrated system. I also want to help educate you about your body, about how to manage your own pain, and how to incorporate mindfulness practices into your daily health routine. I believe health is a team effort and that you should be invested in your own health and wellbeing.
My Self-care Regimen
For years, I have suffered from various sports related and repetitive overuse injuries, such as neck, low back, shoulder, wrist, and knee pain. I have incorporated various rehabilitation and strength exercises, mobility work, and stretches into my daily routine to help manage and prevent my pain. Since my activities and work can be so physically demanding, I also receive weekly adjustments to help keep me aligned and in good physical shape, so I can continue to do what I am passionate about. To support my activity, I also must fuel my body with the proper nutrition and dietary habits, as well as drinking plenty of water with electrolytes and getting an adequate amount of sleep.
Personal training sessions take place at our private studio located at 580 S. Murphy Avenue in Sunnyvale, CA.
