  • We offer:

    Our personal training and small group training sessions take place in person at our private gym in Sunnyvale (Bay Area).

  • Personal training sessions take place at our private studio located at 580 S. Murphy Avenue in Sunnyvale, CA.

    Our clients come from various Bay Area cities, including Mountain View, Cupertino, San Jose, and nearby communities.

    If you’re not local to the Bay Area, we also offer online fitness coaching and nutrition programming.

  • Our fitness and nutrition packages vary depending on the service.

    For personal training, sessions start at $115 depending on the package. We also offer a complimentary nutrition session with the purchase of 12+ sessions.

    For small group training, sessions start at $80 a person depending on the package.

    For nutrition coaching, a package of 4 sessions starts at $149.

    And for online programming, you can access custom workouts on the Trainerize app and monthly check-ins with your coach for $250/month.

  • Yes! Our fitness and nutrition services are eligible for Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) reimbursement through our partnership with Truemed.
